LINKA jewelry original gemstone jewelry is handcrafted and unique. Due to the very nature of the earth and its beautiful formations, our stones vary in color, shape, and detail. It is highly recommended that you DO NOT shower, swim, or exercise wearing your jewelry to preserve its natural quality. Please treat your item with great care, and value it as the precious piece that it is. If your item breaks from being tugged on, has caught on something, or any other physical damage, that is not a reflection on LINKA jewelry craftsmanship. However, accidents do happen and I am happy to make arrangements for repairs of accidental breaks with a nominal fee and shipping cost.


All items are shipped from California. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be created, and an average of 2-6 business days for your item to arrive USPS with standard shipping in the U.S.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. Visit ups.com to track your package, using the tracking number sent to you via email.

Lost or Damaged Mail:

LINKA jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once your item has been shipped, received and given tracking information, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of USPS. If you're concerned about a package in transit, please contact your local post office.

International Shipping:

Please allow up to 4 weeks for all international orders. LINKA Jewelry is not responsible for packages held up in customs or additional fees/duties applied by your government.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LINKA jewelry. We are happy to exchange or refund your unworn, unused item within 14 days of your order being placed.

Please email lucy@linkajewelry.com and we will send you further instructions.

If you wish to exchange your item and there is a price difference between the two, we will refund the entire cost of the original purchase and ask that you repurchase the new item. We are unable to gather the difference whether or not it is a credit or amount owed.

All refunds are given once the item has been received by us.
