All items are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be designed and packaged, and an average of 2-6 business days for your item to arrive via USPS standard shipping.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. Visit ups.com to track your package, using the tracking number sent to you via email.

Lost or Damaged Mail:

LINKA jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once your item has been shipped, received and given tracking information, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of USPS. If you're concerned about a package in transit, please contact your local post office.

International Shipping:

Due to restrictions and delays from COVID-19, international shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates:

  • U.S. $5.50 First Item + $2 Each Additional Item

  • Please Indicate Gift Packaging When Necessary


RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LINKA jewelry. We are happy to exchange or refund your unworn, unused item within 14 days of your order being placed.

Please email lucy@linkajewelry.com and we will send you further instructions.

If you wish to exchange your item and there is a price difference between the two, we will refund the entire cost of the original purchase and ask that you repurchase the new item. We are unable to gather the difference whether or not it is a credit or amount owed.

All refunds are given once the item has been received by us.
